Do you offer shipping protection?
Yes, all our suppliers take extra care in shipping our plants and trees.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Our Handmade Pots are made to order and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Is it easy to care for houseplants?
It can be! Growing house plants and bonsai can be a very rewarding experience! All plants will need sun, water, and soil. That amounts will be different from plant to plant. If your new, look for starter house plants or bonsai, that are easy to grow.
